This is Bro. Ronald Waters and his dear wife Hazel.  They are veteran missionaries, serving God in Hawick, Scotland.

Bro. Waters is a graduate of Tabernacle Baptist College, in Greenville, SC.  His home church is the Trinity Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC and he serves through Prayer Baptist Missions.
